Business Assistant (Company Operations Support)

Job Responsibilities
• Assist with daily company operations and general administrative tasks
• Support the representative in routine business activities
• Accompany and assist with client meetings, visits, and reception in Japan
• Provide Chinese–Japanese interpretation and basic translation support
• Coordinate schedules and prepare materials related to client meetings
• Organize and manage internal documents and business-related materials
• Provide other necessary support related to company operations

Requirements
• Age: 25–50
• Education: Associate degree or above
• Japanese proficiency: JLPT N1 level or equivalent
• Chinese proficiency: Native or business level
• Eligible to work legally in Japan

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the IT industry or Japan–China related business
• Experience as an assistant, administrative staff, or client support
• Experience of living, studying, or working in Japan is preferred
• Strong communication skills and a responsible working attitude
